ABOUT PEBBLE HILL UNIVERSITY


Being a global university, Pebble Hills University, incorporated in America (Delaware, US) under Delaware LLC Statutes: Delaware Code, Title 6; Chapter 18. The Somali Ministry of Education and the Office of Governmental Communications & Contracts has granted an Educational Licensure to the Pebble Hills University, which PHU can operate and teach in the Republic of Somalia. The Somali Transitional Federal Government has authorized to Pebble Hills University to fully teach virtually, in traditional class room or request for educational funds on behalf of the Somali Transitional Federal Government.

Internationally, Pebble Hills University is then accredited by the International Commission for Higher Education, which is the professional quality control mechanism for Colleges and Universities' standards. Their Accreditation gives a public record of your learning that will be widely accepted by employers, professional associations, by other colleges and universities, and will be recognized in and out of state as well as internationally.

Pebble Hills University is now accredited by International Accreditation Organization (IAO). Currently the following associations are partners with IAO: Department of Adult & Higher Education, Ministry of Education (Bhutan), The National Commission for University Evaluation and Accreditation (Argentina), The National Higher Education Accreditation (Costa Rica), The Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission (Palestine), The Agency for Development of Higher Education and Quality Assurance (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Accreditacion Agencia (Chile), The Quality Assurance & Accreditation Council (Sri Lanka), Public Agency for accreditation of Higher Education (Albania), Center for Quality Assurance and Accreditation for HEI (Libya) and Higher Education Quality Evaluation Centre (Latvia), etc. IAO's accreditation standards are recognized by International Education Accreditation Commission. The IEAC is a global organization devoted to the establishment, maintenance and ongoing improvement of standards of accreditation agencies across the globe serving online education.

Pebble Hills University is granted accreditation by Accreditation Syndicate for Education & Training, which is listed as Supporting Body with the United Kingdom Department responsible for Further and Higher Education, the Department for Business Innovation & Skills for England & Wales. The Accreditation Syndicate for Education & Training is registered with MATRADE, a government statutory body established under the Ministry of International Trade and Industry in Malaysia. ASET UK is registered with the UK Register of Learning Providers, an external verification agency set up under the UK governmental funding agency. All ASET Accredited Courses lead to a Nationally Recognised ASET Award. ASET are recognised in the UK by DfEs, LSC and the Qualifications & Curriculum Authority (QCA) and thus the qualification is accredited by the QCA in England, by the CCEA (Council for the Curriculum Examinations and Assessment) in Northern Ireland and by the ACCAC (The Qualifications, Curriculum and Assessment Authority) in Wales. ASET are recognised to provide awards to the NQF (National Qualifications Framework). That means that the courses are independently accredited at a level of learning equivalent to at least level 3 on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) for England, Wales and Northern Ireland (in which GCSEs are at levels 1 and 2 and A-Levels are at level 3).

Moreover, Quality Assurance Commission, United Kingdom has accreditation higher educational degree programs of Pebble Hills University. The Quality Assurance Commission (QAC) was formed as an autonomous not-for-profit organization. It was established as an accreditation organisation in education & training for learning programmes at vocational and professional levels. The QAC is registered with governmental statutory bodies in Malaysia and the United Kingdom. In the United Kingdom, the QAC UK is registered with the UK Register of Learning Providers, whereas in Malaysia, it is registered with SSM and MATRADE. The UK Register of Learning Providers is an external verification agency set up by the UK governmental funding agency, The Skills Funding Agency under the Department for Business Innovation & Skills. SSM is a statutory body under the Ministry of Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism in Malaysia. MATRADE is a statutory body under the Ministry of International Trade and Industry in Malaysia. 
 Pebble Hills University is recognized and accredited by Oxford Association of Managers and Cambridge Association of Managers. The Oxford Association of Managers and The Cambridge Association of Managers are recognized as a professional body by the UK Department for Business, Innovation & Skills. Department Of Business Innovation & Skills (BIS) is a ministerial department of the United Kingdom Government created on 5 June 2009 by the merger of the Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills (DIUS) and the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR). The department is responsible for UK Government policies on business regulation, operation & licensing, further education, higher education, innovation, science & research, skills, trade and training. The Oxford Association of Managers and The Cambridge Association of Managers are listed in the 38th, 37th and 36th Edition of the British Qualifications
 Although PHU is a multipurpose community where the rights and privileges of all members irrespective of their race, color, nationalities and affiliations in terms of religious beliefs shall be respected, the operations of the University shall be strongly predicated on the doctrine of monotheism.

The programs are designed to improve the knowledge and competence of human resources in various aspects of life as well as to convert those who have graduated in other fields into people with the right skills and outlook needed in the dynamic and turbulent global challenging environment. Therefore, its academic and professional programs are multidisciplinary and as such, they are committed to “balanced excellence”.

The University programs are designed to attract prospective students from various backgrounds and prepare them for higher positions through a variety of teaching methods: traditional methods (lectures, seminars, group projects and independent research efforts) as well as the case method and Computer simulated games, depending on which approach is most appropriate for the particular course of interest. Again, the teaching methods are designed to help integrate theory with practice, which is the need of the contemporary students across various national boundaries.
 Consequently, the overriding philosophy of the University is to prepare managers, administrators, scientists, engineers, technologists and agriculturists for critical tasks of the moment and for the future. This objective will be met by providing a foundation on which students can build and grow after they graduate; a foundation sufficiently general to be relevant to a broad range of management, social and technology contexts.
