1. How can I book for a course?
Booking courses is very easy:

  • By phone -just give us a call on +234 (0)80 354 33376  and one of our advisers will be happy to help you with the booking.
  • By E-mail –send us an e-mail on oshacademy@elakgroup.com for your request for booking and send details of your payment, we shall send you details for your training.
  • By post - send us the completed application form (form available online) 
  • By hand -Any friend or relative also can visit our office/centers to book on your behalf. back

2. How can I pay for OSHAcademy™ course?
Payment can be made, using our banks (Zenith Bank plc, Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, etc) nationwide in Nigeria Naira or through our US Dollar account using domiciliary account. For courses in US Dollars, pay equivalent in Naira using current exchange rate. back

3. Can I pay for my course by installments?
Yes, 2 Installments of total fee in a time duration of 2 months from enrollment date allowed, Alternatively call us on +234 (0)80 354 33376  and one of our advisers will answer all your questions. back

4. Once I've enrolled, can I still cancel my booking?
Should you feel less than satisfied with OSHAcademy™, you can cancel Within 03 days
A refund of the programme 50% fee, less any postage and packing costs is obtainable for cancellations received up to 03 days from admission date. back

5. Are OSHAcademy™ courses "approved" or "certified"?
That's a great question. OSHAcademy™  training is recognized by colleges, institutions, insurance companies, and many public and private sector organizations. Our training is endorsed by the National Safety Management Society. This training conforms to OSHA CBT Training Standards and American National Standards Institute ANSI Z490. 1-2009, Criteria for Accepted practices in Safety, Health and Environmental Training. OSHAcademyTM  training is endorsed by the National Safety Management Society.  back

6. What is the difference between a OSHAcademy™ Professional Certificate and Diploma/Development Program?
The OSHAcademy™ Professional Certificate Courses is an introduction to basics of occupational Health and Safety and looks at the management of H&S and a wide variety of workplace hazards. It has been designed for managers, supervisors and employee representatives and is ideal for anyone who wants to establish a career in Health and Safety. back

7. How can I know which method of learning is best for me?
OSHAcademy™ USA + Elak Multi Resources experts have developed a range of courses to meet every possible need from face-to-face intensive courses, through e- learning, to blended and bespoke programmes. 8. What happens if I fall behind in my studies?
The academy allows you to defer your chosen course to the next available course free of charge provided it's your first deferral and you notify us at least 2 weeks before your course. This ensures that if something crops up in your work or home life, you can restructure your studies accordingly. back

9. Can I upgrade my course?
You can upgrade your Professional Certificate Courses or Diploma/ Development Program to Blended Learning. Our blended learning programmes provide valuable additional face-to-face tutorial support for our candidates. Our expert tutors assist you with invaluable advice and expert teaching and help to clarify the key learning points. Attending the workshops also gives you the opportunity to interact with your fellow professional colleagues.
